9:00 Venue set up begins
10:00 Reception opens
10:30 Melee tournament begins, all matches played up to the top 3
14:00 Lunch break ends, Ultimate tournament begins, all matches played up to the top 3
17:30 Ultimate loser’s finals and grand finals, then Melee loser’s finals and grand finals
19:30 Free play / friendlies
20:30 Free play ends
21:30 Event wrap up/clean up, participants must leave the venue
SMASH MELEE RULES
Bring your own controller
1v1 Matches, 4 stocks, 8 Minute timer
No use of Ice Climbers’ freeze glitch
No use of opponents tag name
No wobbling when opponent is 300%+
SMASH ULTIMATE RULES
Bring your own controller.
1v1 Matches, 3 stocks, 6 Minute timer
Stages are Final Destination, Battle Field, Dream Land, Fountain of Dreams, Yoshi’s Story, and Pokemon Stadium (counter).
Any of the initial 8 fighters (or fighters available on all of the setups) are playable.
Smash Meter is off.
No items, no spirits.
Eating and drinking is allowed, but you must bring your trash home.
Do not create major disruptions, talk too loudly, etc
Do not leave open containers of food or drink in the open. If it spills you will be asked to clean it up.
The venue is non-smoking
If you refuse to obey the above rules you will be asked to leave.
You must pre-register to participate in the tournament. Must register before March 2, 2019; registration can be completed on the Smash.GG page (button above) for this event (click the “Register” button in the upper right corner of the page on the Smash.GG page).
