¥500 discount available if you register as "Bringing Switch Set-Up"

  • To qualify you must bring the Switch Console, the docking station, Smash Ultimate, Game Cube controller dock, HDMI cable, and Power Cord. It is okay if you have not unlocked all characters.

Entry is FREE for those people who provide a Switch Set Up AND Monitor


9:00 Staff begins set up of venue

9:30 Reception begins for those providing equipment

9:45 General reception begins

11:00 Opening ceremony, main event begins, Lunch break after qualifiers. Main event after lunch

19:30 All events finish, tidying up

21:00 Venue closes, all participants must leave

Event Rules

  1. Please have a Twitter account created as the staff will reach out to confirm participation prior to the event beginning. Additionally, if you are late, please contact the @karisuma_nagoya Twitter account to let them know

  2. The main event will be double elimination for A-class participants.

  3. B-class participants will participate in a single elimination tournament

  4. A-class and B-Class will be determined during qualifiers by the creation of small leagues and tracking the outcome of various matches

  5. 3 stock / no pause / no stage gimmick / 7 minutes / items off

Venue Rules

  1. Bringing food and drinks is okay, but you cannot eat outside of the event Hall

    • No canned drinks allowed

  2. Bring your trash with you when you leave

  3. Please wear our name tag at all times within the venue.

  4. Please refrain from using outlets to charge your phone (and Joy-Con / Pro-Con). If you are using a pro-Controller that is running low on batteries, consult with the staff.

  5. The venue and the event staff are not responsible for lost or damaged items, so please watch your things carefully. If you lose something in the Venue, contact the Venue management and @karisuma_nagoya.
